On October 10, a special donation ceremony was held at the Osaka Expo Polish Pavilion, during which Deputy Commissioner General Marta Zielińska and Eliza K?onowska-Siwak, on behalf of Poland, donated the salt sculpture "Crown of the Kings of Poland" to the Expo Museum.

The artwork was created by Polish miner-sculptor Jan Banasz, using natural salt sourced from the Wieliczka Royal Salt Mine, which was included in UNESCO's first World Heritage List.

The connection between Wieliczka salt sculpture art and World Expos dates back to the 1900 Paris Expo, with subsequent appearances at the 2000 Hanover and 2005 Aichi Expos.
