Today, in the office of the EXPO organizer, the Chairman of the Board of JSC “NC “Astana EXPO-2017” AkhmetzhanYessimov met with Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Vietnam to Kazakhstan ?oànTh?XuânHi?n and the National Commissioner of Vietnam Section Nguyen TrungKhanh.

During the meeting the parties discussed the issues of preparation for EXPO-2017. AkhmetzhanYessimov introduced the Vietnamese side with the activity in organization of the Exhibition. At the same time, the Chairman of the Board of the National Company said that at that moment the representatives of 8 states got the pavilions for filling. He also noted that the National Pavilion Section of Vietnam is ready for handling and we could get an apartment for the staff of the pavilion.

“We are ready to provide any possible assistance to the Vietnamese side in participating in EXPO-2017. Jointly, we will arrange a ceremony on the occasion of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam – 29th of August. Moreover, on June 9 it is planned to hold the grand opening of EXPO-2017, which will bring together such Heads of State, such as China, Russia, India, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, etc. We will be glad to see high-rank officials of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam,” said AkhmetzhanYessimov.

“In recent years we have seen many changes in your country. In 2017, our countries celebrate the 25th anniversary of diplomatic relations. Therefore, we would like to hold a series of cultural events at EXPO-2017. At this stage, we are actively preparing for filling the Vietnam pavilion,” in turn, noted the Commissioner of the National Section of Vietnam Nguyen TrungKhanh.
